Mediation

Gregory Firestone, Ph.D. is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family, Dependency, Circuit Court and County Court Mediator; an Association for Conflict Resolution Family Mediation Advanced Practitioner; a Diplomate Member of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators; an Approved Appellate Mediator for the Fifth District Court of Appeal and a Clinical Psychologist.  He has been a mediator for over 20 years and mediates family, healthcare, dependency, circuit civil, ADA, business and other disputes.

Dispute Resolution Systems

Dr. Firestone helps government and businesses to develop effective dispute resolution systems that can efficiently resolve a wide range of disputes in a timely and satisfactory manner. These dispute resolution systems often include multiple options for encouraging collaborative dispute resolution to resolve complaints and disputes with the assistance of a professional dispute resolution coordinator. Training

Dr. Firestone provides negotiation, mediation, conflict resolution, and dispute resolution systems training throughout the United States and the world.  He also teaches at the University of South Florida (USF) Conflict Resolution Collaborative.  USF family, dependency and circuit civil mediation certification courses which are  approved by the Florida Supreme Court can be found at  www.crc.usf.edu.   (The family mediation course is also approved by the Association for Conflict Resolution.)

Gregory Firestone provides consultation services in the public and private sector for conflict management, dispute resolution systems design, negotiation, mediation and forensic psychology.
